This Shino yaki 志野(しの)Kashiki, with rust painting Eshino, was handmade from Ryugetsu Kiln. This Shino type of glazing appears unique grayish blue with floral shape yet is created according to the traditional methods. The feldspar in the glazing burns at different temperatures and thus creates a diverse landscape of snow. Minimal and Wabi-sabi style with a white snowy glaze.
It doesn't come with the whole box. The original bottom of the box was broken because of age, ONLY the top cover wooden piece remained for your reference.
